General Statement on Privacy, Personal Data, and Communications:

If you use this Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password, and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password.


User Provided Information:

The Life Spring Float Centre does not collect any personal information about individuals except when it is knowingly provided via the client registration form in order to make online purchases or undertake a floatation session. The Life Spring Float Centre may use the information provided to contact you with important information. Personal information provided is for internal use only and will not be shared with external third parties without your permission.


Currency:

We only deal in and accept Australian Dollars Only. No other foreign currencies will be accepted as payment for our services.


Security Statement:

The Life Spring Float Centre makes every effort to ensure that all online transactions made on the Website are secure. The Life Spring Float Centre uses the Authorize.net Payment Gateway service which encrypts all debit and credit payment information and has the world’s highest payment security accreditation – Payment Card Industry (PCI) – Level 1.


Online Bookings:

All bookings made online are pre-paid. To purchase a single session or a series of sessions, clients can create an account by registering their details, selecting an item for purchase and making a booking. Please take note of the relevant conditions for each option. Please note that all future prices are subject to change.

  • Pricing options: Session packs/passes are valid for 12 months (365 days)* from the date of purchase. Sessions are non-refundable nor transferable. Session packs/passes cannot be shared with more than one person as they are for individual use only unless stated otherwise.

*Non redeemed vouchers beyond these time frames will be null and void


Purchase Policy

The Float Space provides services according to a published price list. By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to pay the published or agreed-upon price for that service, and all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases (incl. any relevant taxes, fees) at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. You acknowledge that The Float Space reserves the right to charge for Services and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion, upon posting on the

By proceeding with a purchase, you understand that “Authorize.net” will appear on your bank account statement as the payment reference. Please be aware that the receipt is subject to credit card approval. Additional fees from the bank may be charged for each declined transaction due to insufficient funds or invalid credit card details entered.


Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships are ongoing on a direct debit plan. In order for the client to benefit from the particularly low price of our membership, the client commits to staying on the membership for a minimum of three months. Early cancelation will still incur the monthly fee until the three months are finished.  After the three months the client can cancel the membership anytime. Automatic renewal for subsequent months occur month-by-month unless a 30 day notice is given in writing prior to the next renewal date, and requires notice in writing to admin@thelifespring.com.au.

After we have received official notice in writing please be aware that one more payment will be direct debited from your account prior to the cancelation. Unused float sessions roll over while the membership is active and expire after 12 months upon cancelation of contract. Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

Clients are responsible to manage their membership as well as timely payment of membership fees, and understanding the duration and expiry of any such pricing options at The Life Spring Float Centre. Clients are responsible for keeping their contact and payment details updated. A Payment Dishonour fee charged at the amount by the bank, will be charged for each dishonoured payment due to invalid credit card details or insufficient funds. If payments are overdue, any accrued sessions on file will be frozen until outstanding fees has been paid.

Members can purchase additional floats each month at the same rate of their membership package.

Only Silver and Gold memberships can be shared.


Gift Cards:

E-Cards can be purchased on line and physical cards in person. Cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Nor can they be returned or redeemed for cash. Gift cards contains value which can be used to purchase goods and services at The Life Spring Flotation Centre. The gift card must be presented in order to be redeemed in whole or part of the cards balance. Purchases exceeding the available balance require the difference to be paid by other means.

Gift Cards are strictly non-refundable and valid 12 month from purchase date


Age Limit:

You must be at least 16 years of age to float. If you are 16 or 17, you can register and use the Website, however a parent or guardian will be required to attend your scheduled appointment to sign the client waiver in person. Any clients under 16 will require parental permission and supervision to float.


Rewards Program

Our referral program is open to any business which refers 6 of their own clients to us for floating.  When the client attends for a full priced float, they are requested to advise us of the refereral at the time of floating on their waiver form.

This will be recorded on our referral program and when 6 customers complete a full priced float, a free float voucher will be issued to the business/person referring.


Physical Readiness:

The Life Spring Float Centre reserves the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance or present in a state that would cause risk to themselves or others.


Policy Changes:

The Life Spring Float Centre reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. By using the Website, you agree to any revised changes. It is recommended that users review this document periodically to stay informed.
